International Advertising Association Kuwait Chapter

The Kuwait Chapter is proud to be the oldest  IAA chapter in the MENA, reflecting the dynamic growth of the regional marketing and marketing communications industries.
 
IAA Kuwait Chapter operates under the patronage of Kuwait Journalist Society since 1996, under  the honorary head of Mr Adnan Al Rashed and is fully support by Mr Ahmed Behbehani the Head of Arab Journalist  Society.

The Kuwait Chapter is a partnership, supported by a broad membership of advertisers, advertising agencies, media and related services. Its breadth of membership enables it to speak for the marketing communications industry as a whole.
 
As part of the IAA’s international network, the Kuwait chapter offers the benefits of a global partnership. This means that the group is not only a national institution, but also represents a global perspective and a worldwide resource.
 
The IAA Kuwait Chapter is uniquely positioned to identify emerging cross-border trends before they become universally apparent and to provide marketing and communications professional  with an international, multi-industry forum of knowledge, best practice, professional development, intelligence, experience and ideas.

International Public Relations Association

IPRA, the International Public Relations Association, was established in 1955, and is the leading global network for PR professionals in their personal capacity. IPRA aims to advance trusted communication and the ethical practice of public relations. We do this through networking, our code of conduct and intellectual leadership of the profession.

IPRA is the organiser of public relations' annual global competition, the Golden World Awards for Excellence (GWA). IPRA's services enable PR professionals to collaborate and be recognised. Members create content via our Thought Leadership essays, social media and our consultative status with the United Nations. GWA winners demonstrate PR excellence. IPRA welcomes all those who share our aims and who wish to be part of the IPRA

Institute of Practitioners in Advertising

The IPA exists to help our members be the best they can be. And we do this in a number
of ways.

We set the protocols for the UK industry's best practice standards. So we can advise on how to choose an agency, how to run an agency or how to behave if you work in an agency. We also work collaboratively with our members to achieve our goal to improve diversity within
the industry.

Chartered Institute of Marketing

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) is a professional marketing body. It has over 30,000 members, including more than 3,000 registered Chartered Marketers. CIM offers 130 study centres in 36 countries, and exam centres in 132 countries.

In 1952, His Royal Highness, Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, became the Institute's Patron. In 1973, the first Code of Practice was introduced, and in 1989, the Institute was awarded a Royal Charter.

CIM offers training courses, and professional qualifications, from foundation to postgraduate or Master's degree level (EQF Level 7). In 1992, the European Union declared CIM's flagship qualification as the "preferred professional marketing qualification through member states".

International Federation of Journalists

The IFJ, the world's largest organisation of journalists, represents 600,000 media professionals from 187 trade unions and associations in more than 140 countries.

Established in 1926, the IFJ is the organisation that speaks for journalists within the United Nations system and within the international trade union movement.

First established as the Fédération Internationale des Journalistes (FIJ) in 1926 in Paris, it was relaunched as the International Organization of Journalists (IOJ) in 1946, but lost its Western members to the Cold War and re-emerged in its present form in 1952 in Brussels.

Kuwait Journalists Association

Ministry of social affairs and labor published the establishment of Journalists association in Kuwait City for unlimited period and it was registered in the Ministry under No.(27) Clubs & public benefits Societies. and that was for achieving the following aims: Strengthen ties of friendship between different members of association and other members in Kuwait and Arab Countries. Rising with local journalism to be the honest face of Kuwait especially and Arabian home generally. Defense the rights of members and facilitate ways for doing their Journalism duties in the best way according to the public aims
